Saudi Arabia will host the inaugural Red Sea Yacht Show in Jeddah from October 14 to 17, 2027, bringing together around 50 yachts, 150 exhibitors and more than 10,000 visitors.

According to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA), the event, supported by Makkah Region Deputy Governor and Chairman of the National Events Calendar Committee for Jeddah Prince Saud bin Mishaal bin Abdulaziz, will be held at the Jeddah Yacht Club & Marina.

Public Investment Fund (PIF) company Sela signed a cooperation agreement with Tahaluf to organise the inaugural event. The agreement was signed during the Monaco Yacht Show before an international audience of superyacht owners, private wealth advisers, shipyard executives, brokerage leaders and naval architects.

The show is expected to feature around 50 yachts and 150 exhibitors, attracting more than 10,000 visitors.

According to SPA, the event will showcase a curated fleet of new and pre-owned superyachts, support vessels and day cruisers valued at more than $3 billion.

The show is projected to generate an economic impact of up to $500 million through yacht sales, charters and luxury tourism.

Connecting Monaco with the Red Sea

Under the agreement, Sela and Tahaluf will manage and promote the event globally, expand commercial opportunities and seek to attract international maritime industry leaders.

The partnership combines Sela’s experience in delivering major events with Tahaluf’s exhibition platform, supported by Informa and BOAT International, connecting Monaco’s established yacht market with emerging opportunities along the Red Sea as Mediterranean fleets transition to winter routes.

Beyond the marina displays, the event will feature luxury lifestyle experiences, including exclusive watch and jewellery exhibitions, fine dining, luxury cars, golf and diving.

The event will also highlight more than $22.4 billion in ongoing investments along the Red Sea coast, expanding maritime infrastructure and the region’s winter cruising opportunities.

The inaugural show comes as Saudi Arabia continues to expand its tourism, maritime and international events sectors, with Jeddah emerging as a major destination along the Red Sea.
