European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen announced on Wednesday, during her State of the Union address to the European Parliament, plans to establish a European Security Council.

Von der Leyen is expected to announce an age limit, although officials have provided few details, including whether restrictions would apply only to social media or also to other platforms such as gaming apps.
